NASA Presents: Rediscovery; an Earth Sciences Film Series,
"Pollution Below." (Meaning below Landsat & Sky Lab). One
Thanksgiving three families are exposed to the dangers of
pollution. Kayaker on polluted Potomac, grandfather driving home in
snow storm caused by pollution, father & son go fishing, but are
told not to eat the fish they caught, may be poisoned. NASA
observes weather changes, pollution patterns & toxic spills from
space with special equipment, Multispectral Scanner (MSS). Good
EXT & INT Skylab shots w/ scientists working, weightlessness. Solar
Flares. Industry related to water pollution. Photos of pollution
from space. NOTE: The Tom McEwan is well known, the first person
ever to run Great Falls (1970s) in a kayak. Good trippy 70s-type
titles.

water near waterfall, couple skiing, boys jumping into river,
swimming hole, from plank followed by obese woman (water sports,
leisure). VS Industrial plant, smoke stacks spewing out smoke,
refuse from plant in water. Aerial of plant in operation, pollution
in waterway. VS water pollution, scum on top of water, large pipes
dumping waste into major waterway, black stuff in small stream,
