Frank and his Dog is a short film from 1952 released on 16mm. It is held in the Prelinger Archives collection.

Tells the story of how Penny, Frank's dog, feels neglected when his master is too busy to play with him. Penny chases a cat up a tree, but Frank forgives him for getting into mischief. A simple film intended for very young audiences.
