Great Railroad at Work, A is a short film from 1942 released on 16mm. It is held in the Prelinger Archives collection.

Excellent film of a Southern New England railroad in early 1940s. Superb shots of steam engines in motion, "ALL ABOARD!" yelled by the conductor (some of our best shots of this!), and behind the scenes ft'g. of railroad workers. Passenger trains, freight trains, roundhouse, etc. Recommended.
