WABCO Metro is a short film from 1960s. It is held in the Prelinger Archives collection.

Good shots of the Chicago El trains and rapid transit ("CTA Metropolitan Transit") en route and in elevated stations; sign "USE RAPID TRANSIT. 17 MINUTES TO LOOP". 1960s passengers getting on and off trains; women in mini-skirts. Scenes filmed aboard moving trains; rapid transit train parallelling expressway. (1st 3 minutes all Chicago, then other rapid transit systems are shown.) Cleveland, Ohio transit system; train stops at airport. Terminus; "end the line". Varied scenes of train platforms. Large, suburban homes

facing adjoining highway, filmed aboard moving train. POV trains into tunnels. ?Toronto, Canada subway; spotless, gleaming subway platforms. Monorail test track. Factory buildings under construction (mediocre).
