Waters of the Commonwealth- Handy (Jam) Organization is a short film from 1950 released on 16mm. It is held in the Prelinger Archives collection.

Shows the need for abatement of pollution of the streams and the accomplishments being attained by the Sanitary Water Board, Pennsylvania Department of Health, under a clean streams program which was inaugurated six years earlier.
