There is a documentation subpage housing the metadata about parent template: HeldbyStd.

This is the part of the template where you add aliases for a given archive

instructions

To add a new heldby collection, first click "Edit this." Then make a new line above default and enter the pipe character: " | ". Then type the possible values for naming the library or archive, separated by pipes. At least one is needed. Then add an equals sign and bracket code indicating the category and how that category should be listed. (ie "= [[Category:A/V Geeks]]")
