Fairbanks Films Combo TV, Commercial Pic for Heinz . . . Jerry Fairbanks will film "The Big Delivery Wagon," a combined TV and commerical film for H. J. Heinz Company. Budget is estimated at $50,000, with film to be shot in color from which black and white prints will be duped for TV. Story deals with develop- ment of America's system of national food distribution. Loca- tion shooting kicks off this week at Tracy, Calif. Heinz's Alvin J. Adams will supervise filming.
