This is a pseudo cooking show circa 1970; woman in ugly print dress and big hair shows us prime cuts of meat, what "USDA" means, and slices cuts of meat, describing them in detail. Finished dinners are shown in CU detail. Woman puts meat dishes in oven and removes them using a potholder.
