Don Carlos Ellis, 69, produced educational motion pictures for nearly 40 years. At the time of his death, he was chief of the training aids division of the Army's medical illustration service in the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology. During World War II, he was motion picture director for the Department of Agriculture. In 1917, he organized the motion picture section at Agriculture.
